Sue Klein: The Jewelry Therapist

Welcome to my shop, Sue Klein Jewelry, known on Etsy as "The Jewelry Therapist." I handcraft all of my jewelry using a variety of conflict-free gemstones and eco-friendly metals. I design, create and execute original styles of earrings, necklaces, pendants, rings, toe rings and bracelets that are all perfect for everyday wear, special occasions and gifts that are affordable and appropriate for all ages.

My taste in jewelry hasn't changed since I was a child. When I was 5 years old, I bought my first ring - it was a simple, yet modern design, with a small diamond and ruby. I still have that ring today, and I now wear it as a pinky ring. While growing up, I was highly involved in art, exploring mediums of pencil drawings, water colors and pastels. I focused primarily on portraits, with a stylistic tendency towards realism. I have always been drawn to the simple lines that construct faces and hands.

In 2004, my husband, being aware of my history in art, gave me a beading board and other jewelry making supplies. Within six months, I was selling my one-of-a-kind creations at boutiques. My techniques have progressed throughout my years of jewelry making, ranging from wire-wrapping to soldering, but my taste has remained the same. 

To this day, I create jewelry that encapsulates timeless beauty that can be work today, tomorrow or in several years - timeless simplicity for all ages.
